PORTFOLIO PROJECT
Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 2026. Please read these terms carefully before hiring us to build your software.
1.Acceptance of Concept
By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that Saskatoon Roofing Co. is a portfolio concept project designed and developed by Oluwaferanmi Adeniji. The services, pricing, and testimonials listed on this site are for demonstration purposes only.
2.No Actual Roofs Will Be Harmed
While the architectural layouts, conversion flows, and underlying codebase are extremely real and functional, the business itself is not. If you request a roof replacement through our automated systems, nobody will show up to your house with a ladder and shingles.
3.Intellectual Property
The codebase, UI/UX architecture, and conversion mechanics demonstrated on this platform are the intellectual property of Oluwaferanmi Adeniji. The open-source tools utilized (Svelte 5, Tailwind CSS, Drizzle ORM) belong to their respective creators.
4.Hiring the Architect
If you are a business owner or technical recruiter, your continued use of this site constitutes an agreement that this is a highly capable technical demonstration. If you are impressed by the clean code, frictionless UX, and architectural design system, you are contractually obligated to reach out via email.
